4： Usage:

(I) Mixing

When using this instrument, first check if the random accessories are complete, then install the fixtures in order, add the solution to the beaker that needs to be stirred, place the stirrer in the beaker, and place it in the center of the tray (sleeve). Then plug in the power plug that is connected to the instrument, connect the power source, turn on the power heating switch and speed control switch, and the indicator light will light up to start working. The speed regulation is gradually adjusted from low speed to high speed, and it is not allowed to start directly at high speed to avoid the agitator not being synchronized and causing jumping. Mixing and heating can be used simultaneously or separately. When not working, the power should be cut off.

(II) Digital display constant temperature

1 Observe the entire machine panel to understand the functions of each switch, terminal, and knob.

2 Adjust the digital display in the instrument panel to the desired temperature value. （0—399℃）

3 Connect the sensor to the two terminals behind the instrument panel, and do not connect them in reverse, otherwise the digital temperature of the digital device will decrease. And install the sensor in a position that can accurately reflect the temperature measurement required.

4 The switch is in the on position.

5 The pressure adjustment knob can be lightly rotated clockwise at an appropriate angle to control the output power of the electric heater. With the automatic control of the instrument, it can achieve a considerable level of control accuracy. Some electric meters do not have this knob.

6 Plug in the power, if the green light on the instrument panel is on and the indicator light is on, it means that the electric heater is heating up. If the red light on the instrument panel is on, it means that the electric heater is not heating up and the indicator light is not on.

7 During initial heating, due to the thermal inertia of the electric heater, it is best to set the set value at the desired temperature80%After a few switch actions, set the set value to the desired value to avoid excessive temperature rise during startup.

8 On the instrumentRSTKnobs (some at the bottom of the instrument) are used to eliminate static errors. Due to the principle of time proportional control and the relationship between temperature control environment, there is often a deviation (i.e. static error) between the stable temperature display value and the required value. By adjustingRSTThe deviation can be eliminated. The adjustment action should be carried out slowly, and after stabilizing again, the two should be consistent.

9 If using a more intelligent onePIDTable, the usage method is as follows:The bottom left button of the dashboard is the setting button, the second left button is the shift button, the third left button is the decrease value button, and the fourth left button is the increase value button. The upper window is the measurement value display unit, and the lower window is the setting value display unit. 3 Set heating type, the first use should allow the oil inside the set to evaporate completely before use, which means that there is basically no white smoke emitted, the set turns from white to yellow white, and there is no significant volatilization of odorous substances. If there is a slight leakage, it is a normal phenomenon and caused by moisture absorption of the sleeve. It can be heated first1－2In minutes, the leakage phenomenon can be eliminated before starting work.
