750V railway locomotive and vehicle cablesScope of application
Rubber J-edge cables are used for railway locomotives and vehicles, and are divided into three varieties according to the different types of rubber used for J-edge cables. They are mainly suitable for the transmission and laying of electrical energy for railway locomotives and vehicles with AC rated voltage of 3kV and below, and have certain characteristics such as oil resistance, cold resistance, and UV resistance.
Characteristics of Rubber J-Edge Cables for Railway Locomotives and Vehicles
1. The rated voltage U0/U is 500V, 750V, 1kV, 1.5kV, and 3kV. The DC rated voltage is 1.5 times the AC rated voltage.
2. The long-term allowable working temperature for cables is 70 ℃ for DCXF/2, DCH/3, and DCEH/3 products; DCH/3-100, DCEH/3-100 products have a temperature of 100 ℃.
3. Low operating environment temperature for cables: DCXF/2, DCH/3, DCEH/3, DCH/3-100, DCEH/3-100 and other products should not be lower than -25 ℃.
4. Allowable bending radius for cable laying:
When the outer diameter (D) of the cable is 20mm or less, it should not be less than 3D.
When the outer diameter (D) of the cable is 20mm or more, it should not be less than 5D.

Main technical characteristics of rubber J-edge cables for railway locomotives and vehicles
1. The DC resistance of the finished cable conductor complies with the relevant provisions of GB/T 3956-1983.
2. At 20 ℃, the J-edge resistance of DCEH/3 and DCEH/3-100 cables with a rated voltage of 3kV should not be less than 1013 Ω. km.
3. The finished cable shall withstand the following AC voltage test without breakdown
