Function:
This device integrates precision machining, automatic control technology, and computer technology to automatically complete the thermal stability test of dangerous goods and the heating test of self heating substances. The constant temperature control, automatic temperature acquisition, data communication, data storage, and result determination during the experimental process are all automatically completed by the device, and the temperature/time curve is automatically drawn to accurately determine the thermal stability or self heating trend of the substance. The experimental data can be generated into an EXCEL data report. (Optional)
Scope of application:
1. Suitable for thermal stability testing of dangerous goods.
2. Applicable to the identification and classification of substances that are prone to spontaneous combustion in hazardous materials.
3. Expose the substance in a 25mm or 100mm cubic steel wire mesh container at temperatures of 100 ℃, 120 ℃, or 140 ℃To determine whether a substance will undergo oxidation and self ignition testing in the air.

3. Integrated control and data acquisition and processing system:
3.1 Microcomputer Automatic Control:
After inputting control parameters through the keyboard and display of the machine and starting the experiment, the instrument automatically performs the experiment according to the set values, automatically determines whether spontaneous combustion has occurred, and completes the entire experiment automatically.
3.2 Computer remote wireless/wired monitoring (optional)
After inputting control parameters through the monitoring software interface and starting the experiment, the instrument automatically completes the entire experiment according to the set values, automatically collects parameters and stores them in data files, automatically draws relevant data curves, and generates EXCEL data reports for the experimental data.

5. Security protection:
5.1 Configure emergency stop switch, quickly press the emergency stop switch in case of emergency, cut off the power supply of the equipment, and ensure the safety of the equipment and experimental personnel.
5.2 Automatically stop the experiment and turn off the heater power when the experimental stop conditions are met.
5.3 Automatic protection for overheating of the heater, automatically cutting off the power supply of the heater when overheating occurs.
5.4 The front of the experimental box is equipped with an explosion-proof door that is strongly locked (with a locking detection function, the test cannot be started without the explosion-proof door being locked).
5.5 The back of the experimental box is equipped with a pressure relief door. When the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the box reaches 1kPa, the pressure relief door automatically releases pressure to ensure personnel safety.
