Working principle: Self suction, as the name suggests, refers to the use of negative pressure (vacuum) formed during the operation of a water pump when the pumping pipe is filled with air. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the water pressure below the pumping port is raised, and then discharged from the drainage end of the water pump. Before this process, there is no need to add 'water for guidance'. A water pump with this ability is called a 'self-priming water pump'.
