01. Hot air circulation system.
In the process of spray drying, the hot air circulation system is the main power and carrier for drying, collection and steam exhaust. Its advantages are: the hot air is controlled within the system, without leakage, and will not affect the experimental environment, allowing the experimental personnel to work in a clean experimental environment.
When importing products from other brands, the positive pressure blowing hot air circulation system is widely used. Because of the positive pressure generated in the system, each connection of the spray drying system implies the pressure of hot air leakage, so the leakage of hot air containing dust makes the laboratory full of smog, which is not suitable for the working requirements of laboratory personnel. The experiment confirmed that the collection rate of sample results of spray dryer is more than 10% higher than that of positive pressure blow in spray dryer, especially in the experiment of micro samples, when the negative pressure suction hot air circulation system is matched with a reasonably structured cyclone collection system.
02. Cyclone collection system
Cyclone collector is a classic powder collector, which is widely used in spray dryer system. Its structure and shape directly affect the collection rate of powder and play an important role in spray dryer. For the spray dryer system, the performance of the cyclone collector is often considered through the observation of the actual operation and the experimental results. 03. Liquid material atomization system
In the spray dryer system, the atomizing nozzle is a crucial element, and there are usually four kinds of nozzles with diameters of 0.7mm, 1.0mm, 1.4mm and 2.0mm to choose from. According to different materials and solutions, the nozzle shall be selected after consultation with the product or experiment. The experiment process of spray drying shall achieve a complete set of process methods for the successful drying of a certain material. Installation skills
The experimental spray dryer is applicable to the production of micro particle powder in universities, research institutes and laboratories of food, medicine and chemical enterprises. The installation skills of the experimental spray dryer are as follows:
1. Installation of drying room
Support the drying chamber with both hands and insert it diagonally into the fixing clamp of the drying chamber. Tighten the locking nut of the drying chamber (based on whether the drying chamber can rotate in the clamp).
2. Installation of cyclone separator
Put the lock nut, seal ring and stainless steel gasket of the cyclone separator on the air outlet pipe of the cyclone separator, and then insert them into the air outlet pipe of the equipment together. Adjust the position of the air outlet of the drying chamber and the air inlet of the cyclone separator so that the two openings are straight and aligned. Connect the two openings with clamps, and then lock the lock nut of the cyclone separator.
3. Connect the aggregate bottle and cyclone separator with clamps.
4. Connect the aggregate pipe and drying chamber with clamps.
5. Install the spray chamber onto the equipment, and connect the 4mm air pipe (for needle passing) and 6mm air pipe (for spray).
6. Install the food grade silicone hose onto the peristaltic pump and insert it into the feed port of the spray chamber.
