The main parameters for selecting a vortex air pump include power, air volume and pressure (which need to be calculated with certain requirements), voltage, etc. Due to the widespread use of vortex air pumps, their selection method is the same as that of high-pressure fans. Generally speaking, the following two steps need to be followed: 1. Determine the function of the high-pressure fan used on site, whether it is suction or blowing, and find the corresponding pressure flow curve of the high-pressure fan; If the curve is misread, sometimes the selected product cannot be used; 2. Based on the calculated pressure and flow rate, find the working curve above the corresponding working point that satisfies both pressure and flow rates on the curve graph; Then select the high-pressure fan model based on the working curve; As long as it is a different work site, its requirements for pressure and flow rate are different, so in order to obtain relatively accurate data, relevant calculations need to be carried out. This needs to be done by professional designers or consulted with professional companies.

When inserting pipes into the air inlet and outlet, please keep the center consistent and do not connect them under forced circumstances. If shock-absorbing joints are used for channel hoses, they can be easily connected and prevent vibration propagation. On the surface to prevent deformation. When introducing hot air, please use flexible joints to avoid the influence of thermal expansion. Avoid sudden shrinkage, expansion, or bending that may result in poor fluid efficiency. Precautions
1. Please pay attention to the power supply and whether the voltage is suitable when using.
2. The air source can only be used for operation after 10 minutes of startup.
During normal operation, the power supply fluctuation should not exceed ± 10% of the rated voltage.
4. The air pump should not be exposed to water or sunlight and should be placed in a ventilated and dry place on a horizontal surface.
5. It is strictly prohibited for harmful liquids to enter the pump body.
6. The air pump should not be used near corrosive or explosive materials.
7. The operating environment temperature of the air pump is within -10 ℃ to+40 ℃, and the altitude is above 1000 meters. The parameters will be subject to change.
8. Users should ask professionals to install protective switches and grounding.
9. During user maintenance and inspection of the air pump, the power should be cut off.
