1. Adopts the technology of single longitudinal axis hammer separating drum, multi-stage hammer, multi-stage separation, small impact on crops and low crushing speed.
2. According to the ratio between the crumbling of corn grains and the speed of the drum under different moisture content, the hammer drum uses a closed hydraulic drive system, realizes stepless transmission control on the speed of the hammer drum. According to the characteristics of different grains and different moisture content, it is convenient and quick to select the appropriate drum speed to reduce the crushing rate and grain loss coefficient.
3. The cleaning system is equipped with leaf-type street fan with adjustable speed, double-layer shellfish grating and elongated tail grating with adjustable amount of air and angle, the sieve surface has large air volume, uniform distribution, adjustable wind direction and large cleaning area, the cleaning area is larger, and the cleaning effect is good, convenient and fast electric speed control device of the fan has a large speed control range.
4. Uses reinforced floating feeding roller to cross bridge. It can realize fast grip to the sleeve, easy to operate and reliable in grip. The feeding roller adopts a floating shape in which there is enough room for high stem crops to ensure successful crop feeding, and at the same time it has better feeding performance when harvesting low stem crops with short straw.
5. The gear system uses hydrostatic drive technology, can select and install imported wheeled motor and hydraulic all-wheel drive rear bridge, the power selection uses the design of the gearbox, which has simple design and low failure rate.
6. Open enlarged grain storage and high-level horizontal hydraulic unloading pipe are applied, grain unloading height is high, and grain unloading speed is fast.
7. 635mm wide rubber semi-track can be selected and installed, increase the grounding area, reduce the specific grounding pressure of the vehicle, improve the vehicle's permeability to ensure normal harvesting under harsh conditions such as slippery ground surface, reduce the degree of soil compaction and protect arable land, effectively reduce fuel consumption at the later stage of soil treatment and save energy and reduce cost.
