The 40T gantry hydraulic press consists of two main parts: the main engine and the hydraulic system
1. Host part
The whole machine is welded from channel steel and steel plate, and the hydraulic cylinder is fixed on the top of the machine. The pressure head is installed at the lower end of the hydraulic cylinder piston rod and moves back and forth together with the piston rod.
2. Hydraulic system section
The hydraulic control system is fixed on the lower right side of the main engine. The entire hydraulic control system has a motor that drives a high-pressure oil pump to input hydraulic oil, which is then input into the hydraulic cylinder through relief valves, directional valves, pressure gauges, hydraulic pipelines, etc., thereby achieving the up and down reciprocating motion of the hydraulic cylinder piston cylinder.

1. Installation: After the machine arrives at the factory, please carefully inspect the host and accessories according to the random packing list.
Attention should be paid to safety when lifting machines, and the lifting straps should be firmly fixed. This machine should be installed on a dry and dust-free concrete foundation, with the workbench kept level and the entire machine stable without vibration.
Due to bumps and vibrations during transportation, there may be loose connections in various parts. Please use relevant tools to re tighten them.
Inject filtered N46 anti-wear hydraulic oil or N46 low pour point hydraulic oil into the fuel tank.
2. Test drive:
Before starting up, it is necessary to be familiar with the structural principles and performance of the machine, and pay attention to whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct before starting up. If reversed, please swap the power lines of two phases.
During the first test run and after each change of hydraulic oil, the pressure of the relief valve should be adjusted to the minimum value. After the oil pump is running normally, the system pressure should be slightly increased (the piston rod can be moved up and down) to allow the piston to move up and down throughout the entire process and exhaust the air in the system before the pressure test can be carried out.
Precautions for using hydraulic press
1. This pressure machine should be properly grounded, preferably separately grounded.
2. The machine is not allowed to calibrate the mold during operation.
3. The hydraulic oil should be N46 anti-wear hydraulic oil or N46 low pour point hydraulic oil, filtered through 80-100 mesh wire before use. The first oil change time should not exceed two months, and the oil should be changed every six months thereafter.
4. After 200 hours of operation, the cleanliness of the oil should be checked, and there should be no odor. Drop a drop of hydraulic oil on a white filter paper, and there should be no black stains within the center point of the oil stain. Otherwise, the oil should be replaced.
5. The hydraulic press shall not be overloaded for use.
6. If there is an unexpected leakage in the system, sufficient hydraulic oil should be replenished after eliminating the fault.
7. Regularly check the cleanliness of the pump station and fuel tank, and strictly prohibit water, dust, and foreign objects from entering the fuel tank.
8. If the conversion function is needed, the air inside the system should be completely purged before it can work.
9. If there are any abnormal reactions during testing and work, the machine should be stopped for inspection in a timely manner.
10. Within 10 minutes of holding pressure, a pressure reduction of 2.5MPa is allowed.
