3KW waste suction machineIt mainly consists of an electric motor, a main box, a waste box, a vacuum tube, and a thermoelectric protection box. During operation, equipment such as multi-stage high-pressure fans, vortex fans, and vortex air pumps are used to create a vacuum inside the barrel, rapidly increasing its negative pressure. The high negative pressure causes air to quickly flow into the barrel through the air inlet, carrying solid particles that need to be collected and processed into the barrel. The filter bag is connected to the air inlet, and the solids are attached to the inner surface of the filter bag. The initially filtered air passes through the gaps of the filter bag and then undergoes secondary filtration by the filter element to meet the emission standards. The filtered air enters the exhaust duct through the fan or air pump's exhaust outlet and is finally discharged back into the workshop to reduce energy, especially heat loss.
During use, it is necessary to regularly check whether the funnel and chip extraction tube have chip accumulation, blockage, and air leakage, as chip extraction blockage is prone to occur when the suction pressure is too low.
The waste suction funnel needs to be tightly fitted with the mold bottom plate in order to generate suction and ensure effective waste collection.
