It includes a reaction system, a filtration system, a distillation system, and a control system. The kettle body is made of 316L material and the jacket is made of 304ss material. The reaction kettle is heated and controlled by a circulating oil bath, with a design temperature of 300 ℃ and a maximum operating temperature of 220 ℃. When the material inside the kettle exceeds the temperature limit, the circulating oil bath is turned on for cooling, and the device is designed for anhydrous and oxygen free operation. A sampling device is also designed for real-time nuclear magnetic resonance+GPC detection. It is mainly used to evaluate and study the process, explore the optimal process parameters, obtain product distribution, product properties and other data through sampling analysis, evaluation and data processing, and provide design basis data for pilot and industrial process design.
The control system adopts a mature and economical PLC control system, configured with computers and software packages to form a complete control system, achieving automatic monitoring and control of the entire mode device.
