Product Details

Portable PH meter all-weather model design, simplified model design, clear and easy to read data interface, excellent anti-interference performance, professional testing tools.
Operating procedures for portable pH meter:
1. Before using or not using the portable pH meter for a long time, read this operating procedure carefully. PH electrodes that are used or have been unused for a long time must be soaked in a 3mol/L solution for 24 hours before use. Portable pH meters must be connected to the pH (Q9) short-circuit plug without connecting the electrodes. The normal working environment temperature for a portable pH meter is 5-35 ℃, with a calibration temperature of 0.0-60.0 ℃, a measurement range of 0.00-14.00PH, -1800-1800mv, and -5-105 ℃.
2. Balance the temperature of the buffer solution to room temperature.
3. Measure the temperature of the test solution (if necessary), roughly measure the pH value of the test solution, and select two suitable buffer solutions to calibrate the electrode.
4. Remove the electrode protective cover, place the electrode in the buffer solution, press the "ON/OFF" button to turn on the device, press the "Mode/Measurement" button to confirm that the instrument is in the measurement state, and after the reading is stable, press the "Confirm/Print" button to confirm the calibration result. The difference between the calibration value and the standard values of the two buffer solutions must be within the allowable range before measurement can continue. (Without cleaning, the electrode should not be taken out of one buffer solution and directly placed into another buffer solution or test solution.)
When the temperature electrode is connected, the instrument adopts automatic temperature compensation without setting the solution temperature. When the temperature electrode is not connected, the portable pH meter adopts manual temperature compensation. At this time, press the "Mode/Measurement" button to set the temperature of the solution to be measured in "MTC" mode.
6. Place the electrode into the solution to be tested, press the "Mode/Measure" button to confirm that the instrument is in the measurement state, wait for the reading to stabilize, and then press "Confirm/Print" to measure and print the data. Press' Mode/Measurement 'to switch between mode and measurement states, or cancel the current operation. Pressing the "▲/PH/mv" key can change the measurement unit (PH or mv), select a mode, or adjust parameters.
7. Remove the electrode and clean it thoroughly, and the measurement is complete. Seal the front end of the electrode with a protective cover, and place a small amount of supplementary liquid inside the protective cover to keep the electrode bulb moist; Please also move the rubber sheath on the upper part of the electrode to cover the liquid filling hole to prevent the solution from overflowing.
Precautions for portable pH meter:
(1) If you do not use the portable pH timer for a long time, please open the back cover of the instrument, remove the battery, and turn off the device before replacing the battery.
(2) After long-term use, if the slope of the electrode slightly decreases, the lower end of the electrode can be soaked in 4% HF for 3-5 seconds, washed with distilled water, and then soaked in 0.1mol/L hydrochloric acid solution to renew it.
(3) If possible, regularly export and backup the test data from the pH meter.
