203Nm multi turn electric actuator Rotork model actuator

Adjustment of zero position (0%)Set the self/manual switch to the "MAN" position as shown in Figure 14. Power on. Rotate the P1 potentiometer to the 0% stop position, causing the actuator to rotate in the "off" direction. If the travel limit switch stops before turning to the "off" direction, loosen the three fastening screws with code 9 and slowly rotate the potentiometer (see Figure 2). The actuator will follow the rotation until the cam driven by the actuator stops at the "off" direction limit, and the red LED 2 stops just as it comes and goes. Re tighten the three screws with code 9.

If the actuator rotates in the "off" direction, turn it to the "off" position until the travel limit switch in the "off" direction is activated, and the actuator stops rotating, but the red light-emitting diode will light up. In this case, loosen the three screws numbered 9 in Figure 2 and slowly turn the potentiometer in the other direction until the light-emitting diode just comes out. Tighten screw 9 again.

In the remote control adjustment state, if the up and down swing cannot be positioned, the "dead zone adjustment parameter Fd" can be increased. However, increasing this parameter to 20 or more will prevent the swing, and the servo (+position return board) can be replaced; If the fault persists after replacement, it is recommended to replace the motor with a low-speed motor or increase the thread pitch of the shaft sleeve and valve stem.

Neither remote control nor local control operates, or the motor rotates unidirectionally and cannot be limited. Check that the automatic clutch is not stuck and the motor is not burnt: you can check if the motor power wiring is correct or if the three-phase power supply is unbalanced.

Neither remote control nor on-site operation. Measurement motor winding, overheat protection. Electromagnetic feedback open circuit, motor burnt out.

Remote control/local control do not operate, check with the setter, fault display: "H1 torque switch tripped"; H6 has no electromagnetic feedback. The test (solid-state) relay has no output. Replace the relay control board or power board components.

Basic working principle
Intelligent electric actuator, equipped with a high-speed and low-power microcontroller as the core of the intelligent signal acquisition and control unit, to perform positioning operations on various valves or devices.
The analog signal of the regulator or transmitter is converted from analog to digital and enters the position locator. The microcomputer of the position locator regularly detects this input signal and the position feedback signal. When the two signals are unbalanced, if the deviation exceeds the column area, an amplified control signal is immediately sent to drive the three-phase reversible solid relay or thyristor in the intelligent position locator, making it conductive and driving the motor to operate in the direction of reducing the deviation, thereby driving the reducer well to change the opening and charging of the valve. At the same time, the microcomputer also converts the position signal of valve i's opening into a digital pulse signal and sends it to the display, where the valve's opening can be observed through the digital window. At the same time, it also outputs an analog signal corresponding to the valve opening and charging with a current of 4-20mA. The current signal is isolated from the input signal, which can adapt to various control system computers or DCS systems.
A、 To achieve control and improve control performance, it is required to monitor the site and promptly handle or shut down in case of faults.
B、 The control requirements are very strict, requiring a precision control system that continuously monitors valves or process variables and accurately diagnoses well settings and adjustments.
