Basic parameters of equipment
  1. The equipment is designed for dual head or multi head all aluminum whole plate laser welding, while dual head multi pass welding is performed step by step and multiple pass welding is achieved simultaneously.
  2. The width of the equipment welding panel is 300-650mm, the shortest welding length is 3000mm, and the longest is not limited. The equipment welding speed is 3m-4m/min

  1. The equipment has a fully CNC 4-axis system, which can independently teach and program a single welding gun, and can also weld multiple groups simultaneously. The system has multiple port control outputs and can output from two to eight machines simultaneously
  2. The system can be independently fine tuned during welding, and can be manually adjusted at any time when there is a deviation in the weld bead.
  3. The equipment can be used for continuous welding with multiple guns during welding, or for multi pass welding with a single gun.
  4. The device adopts teaching programming and manual input programming methods. When teaching programming, the device automatically generates G-code.
  5. If there is a pause during the welding process, the X-axis can be moved backwards or forwards to adjust the welding position before continuing the welding.
