1. Foundation pit form: There are generally two types of foundation pit forms, one is no foundation pit, and the other is shallow foundation pit. Shallow foundation pit refers to the installation in the foundation pit, where the surface of the weighing platform is level with the ground. If there is no foundation pit, it can be installed on the ground. It can be cleaned regularly, without water accumulation, and the cost is relatively cheap. Generally, no foundation pit type weighing scales are selected for installation.

2. Site selection: the installation location of shall have good drainage channel, which will not flood the weighbridge due to rainstorm or mountain torrent. For shallow foundation pit, drainage channel shall be set. In addition, there must be sufficient length of straight roads at both ends of the weighing platform for cars to get on and off, and the straight roads at both ends must be at least equal to the length of the weighing platform.

3. Foundation: A concrete foundation must be poured, which must be excavated below the local permafrost line. During construction, the concrete grade should be ensured, and the geometric dimensions such as levelness and positional accuracy of the embedded parts should be guaranteed. When pouring concrete, the embedded parts should also be ensured not to shift. After the foundation pouring is completed, it should be cured according to the civil engineering specifications. Only when the concrete reaches the design strength index can the weighing scale be installed. If the maintenance period needs to be shortened, it is allowed to take measures such as adding "early strength agent" under the guidance of technical personnel during construction. For lightning protection, you should set up a grounding post according to local conditions and ensure that the grounding resistance is less than 4 ohms. An iron pipe should be laid from the center of the weighing platform to the weighing room for cable threading.

4. Weighing room: The weighing room should be close to the weighbridge in order to place weighing instruments, computers, printers, and other equipment. In addition, it is necessary to ensure that the weighbridge operator can also contact the driver, pass on the weighing list, ensure that the car is weighed, recognize the license plate number to check the goods, and so on.

Scale production process:
1. The composition of the weighing body material: Each section of the weighing platform in our company has 40 vertical reinforcement plates, with a panel thickness of 10mn and a width of 3m. It uses 6 main beams, with a thickness of 8mm and a height of 320mm. The total height of the weighing platform reaches 340mm (the panels are all welded with flat steel plates to ensure the strength and toughness of the weighing body from the source, and the U-shaped beams are all bent as an integrated whole without welding or splicing, ensuring the impact resistance of the weighing body), thus ensuring the overall rigidity of the weighing platform. The weighing platform does not deform, and the pressure on the weighing body is balanced during use. This not only ensures the accuracy of weighing, but also extends the service life of the sensor and increases the impact resistance of the entire weighing platform. Normal trial and reduced possibility of repairs.
2. During the welding process, we always try to use a cast iron platform to eliminate this possibility. In our company's automotive welding process, we have always adopted the integral welding type, with the inner cavity of the scale body fully sealed, which is not easy to rust and reduces the aging time of the scale body.
3. The weighing platform is made of hot rail steel plates produced by Shanghai Baosteel or Ma'anshan Steel Plant. To ensure the rigidity of the weighing platform, each truck scale undergoes strict testing before leaving the factory, and the component welds are subjected to ultrasonic testing to ensure the quality of the component welds. The weighing platform needs to undergo a load overload test to ensure that it does not deform.
Business site selection suggestions: the installation position of the weighbridge should have a good drainage channel, which will submerge the weighbridge due to rainstorm, and the shallow foundation pit should be provided with drainage channels. In addition, there must be a straight road of sufficient length at both ends for the car to get on and off the weighing platform, and the straight roads at both ends must be at least equal to the length of the weighing platform. If the site is large enough, it is recommended to use a non excavation scale foundation as much as possible for easy maintenance and to avoid situations such as sensor bubble damage.
