It is then transported into the dryer through conveying equipment (screw conveyor/sludge screw pump) and indirectly heated using saturated steam as the heating medium. After being dried by the dryer, the sludge has a moisture content of 40% and is transported by conveyor to the dried sludge bin. It can be loaded onto trucks or transported in ton bags for disposal. The steam generated during the sludge drying process is discharged through the tail gas induced draft fan to maintain the micro negative pressure operation of the dryer, auxiliary equipment, and system pipelines. The water containing wet sludge produced by the stacking machine is poured into the wet sludge receiving and storage bin, and sent into the dryer through the conveying equipment (screw conveyor/sludge screw pump). Saturated steam is used as the heating medium to indirectly heat the sludge. After being dried by the dryer, the sludge has a moisture content of 40% and is transported by conveyor to the dried sludge bin. It can be loaded onto trucks or transported in ton bags for disposal. The steam generated during the sludge drying process is discharged through the tail gas induced draft fan to maintain the micro negative pressure operation of the dryer, auxiliary equipment, and system pipelines. The extracted gas (mixture of steam and air) is subjected to dust removal and condensation, and the waste gas condensate is collected into the sewage collection pipeline network. The odor generated by the non condensable tail gas and wet sludge receiving and storage system of the drying system is drawn by the tail gas induced draft fan to the existing waste gas treatment facilities of the sewage treatment plant for discharge.
