2.start-up
Press the run button in the stopped state to start working from the currently displayed process number and segment number. If you press the ↑ button to select a segment number and start working from that segment number, you need to enter the settings to select another process number.
3.stop running
Pressing the stop button during operation will stop the work. Pressing this button in the paused state will exit the pause. Pressing this button in the setting or viewing state will exit. If the setting is incorrect or exceeds the range, it cannot exit. Simply reset it correctly.
4.Pause operation
Press the pause button during operation to pause work and timing, and press the run button again to resume operation.
5.View Settings
Display settings automatically synchronize with the current displayed segment number during operation or pause. Press the ↑ button to view the settings of other sections of this process number, which will automatically resume synchronous display after about 5 seconds.
6.Hanging in both directions (Only)Polar plate conversion for use,The detector does not have this function)
The correct selection must be made before starting. Choosing during operation or pause is invalid. When the output is positively connected to the battery polarity, the switch is placed in the forward position to display R, and when it is reversed, it is placed in the reverse position to display L.
7.setting method
In the stopped state, pressing the function button one by one can select the following items (cursor flashing indicates adjustable items):
Function → Process Number → Section Number → Mode → Voltage → Current → Time → Section Number, etc. Press the stop button to exit.
Press the function button in the settings to select adjustable positions, press the ↑ button to select items or numbers, and press the → button to execute or shift.
7.1.function
In this project, pressing the ↑ button one by one can select D-machine to machine communication, K-view records, E or Z power-off selection.
7.1.1. DTransmission settings (There are multiple identical devices that use the same process,This detector is not required)
a. Transmission of this process number setting:
Press the function button of each machine that needs to transmit settings to make D flash, then press the → button again to send the process number setting of this machine to other machines (D flashes) with the same process number, and automatically exit.
b. Transfer all process number settings:
In the D flashing state, hold down the → button for 5 seconds * * * and release it to send all process number settings of this machine to other machines (D flashing) and automatically exit.
7.1.2.KView last record
Press the → button in the K flashing state to view the current value recorded at the end of each section of work last time. Press the stop button to exit, and the next time you start running, it will automatically * * the last record.
7.1.3.E/ZPower outage selection
In this state, press the → button one by one to select E or Z. E will resume work after a power outage and then power is restored, while Z will enter a pause state after a power outage and then power is restored. Press the run button to resume work, and press the stop button to exit the pause.
7.2.Pre stored process settings
9 process settings can be pre stored. Press the function button to make the process number flash. Press the ↑ button one by one to select the pre stored process numbers 1-9. Press the function button again to set the process to run with that number. When using, please select the process number as needed, press the stop button to exit, and then restart to run according to the settings of that process number.
7.3.**Setting up
Press the function button one by one until the process number flashes, press the ↑ button to select the process number to be reset, hold down the → button for 5 seconds, and then release it. All settings for that process number will be automatically reset.
7.4.Operate Phase
Each pre stored process number is divided into stages 01-16, and various operating modes can be selected. Press the ↑ button to select the settings for each section.
7.5.Operating mode
Press the ↑ button one by one to select the following working modes: (Some useless functions of this machine will be turned off)
OOConclusion paragraph: Stop working at the end of this section, and do not continue working in the next section. Set to zero and default to OO mode.
CVConstant voltage charging:When the voltage rises to the set value, the time limit voltage (current gradually decreases) is reached, and the next stage is switched when the set time is reached.
CAConstant current charging:When the voltage rises to the set value or reaches the set time, switch to the next stage.
CSFloating charging:Charge with the set current I. When the voltage rises to the set value U, apply voltage. When the current decreases to the set value I or reaches the set time, switch to the next section. The current i setting must be less than the current I setting. If i ≥ I, the next step cannot be taken.
FAConstant current discharge:When the voltage drops to the set value or reaches the set time, switch to the next stage.
FCReverse polarity charging:When the time reaches the set value and transitions to the next segment, there is no voltage setting item(Only used for polar plate forming machine)
JZStand still and wait:This mode only allows the timer to stand still without running, and switches to the next segment when the set time is reached.
XHCircular work:The first few segments run in a loop, and when the set number of loops is reached, the next segment runs without this item in segment 01.
FPConstant power discharge:When the voltage drops to the set value or reaches the set time to switch to the next stage, the setting value of * high-power W cannot exceed the termination voltage * local machine * high current, otherwise it can only be discharged with * high current non constant power, and the next operation cannot be carried out if the setting exceeds the range.
FRFixed resistance discharge:When the voltage drops to the set value or reaches the set time to switch to the next stage, the small resistance setting value cannot be less than the battery no-load voltage ÷ local machine * high current. Otherwise, it can only be discharged with a large current non fixed resistance. The resistance setting is zero and the next operation cannot be carried out. (R:00.00-99.99Ω)
7.6.Voltage setting:Press the ↑ button to select 0-9, press the → button to shift. (Setting out of range cannot proceed to the next step)
7.7.Current setting:Press the ↑ button to select 0-9, press the → button to shift. (Setting out of range cannot proceed to the next step)
7.8.Time setting:Press the ↑ button to select 0-9, press the → button to shift. (If the time is set to zero, the segment will not work)
7.9.Temperature control settings:Press the ↑ button one by one in the segment number selection to the 17th segment or hold the ↑ button for 3 seconds to display the temperature control TS setting. When the temperature rises to the set value, this segment stops working, and when the temperature drops to the set value, the next segment starts working. The temperature control function without an external temperature sensor is invalid. This function can be replaced with other accessories as needed.
8.Fault protection:When there are faults such as phase loss or abnormal voltage in the input power supply, the current display shows X, and all buttons are invalid. After troubleshooting and restoring normal operation, the system automatically maintains its original state before the fault.
9.Connect computer:Optional according to needs, with functions such as control, monitoring, data recording, and printing. Please refer to the user manual for details.
10.Communication Number:Before connecting to the computer, it is necessary to assign machine numbers to each extension and not repeat them. When turning on the power, press the function and pause buttons simultaneously within 5 seconds to set the machine number. Press the → button to shift, press the ↑ button to select 0-9, and press the stop button for 5 seconds to automatically exit.
11.Record gap:In the temperature control settings, the next line records the sampling time interval. The default is to not record operating data at 00:00:00, and the short recording sampling time interval is 1 second (00:00:01),
The local memory can record up to 30000 pieces of data, which will be automatically sent to the computer for saving and recording after being connected to the computer.
12.**Memory:Press and hold the pause and → buttons simultaneously in the stopped state for * * * 5 seconds, and all memory will be automatically recorded.
