Operation process: Manually complete the preparation actions of the robot before automation, press the start switch, and then simply observe the operation of the equipment. The specific workflow of the equipment is as follows:
⑴ Manual feeding → ⑵ Cylinder compression → ⑶ Press the start button and wait for welding → ⑷ After welding, release the cylinder and repeat the above actions. This equipment adopts a dual station welding on one workbench, and during the welding process, the other station loads and unloads materials to ensure efficient operation of the equipment.
Fixture Description
On the lower mold of the workpiece, the three workpieces to be welded are sequentially placed into the cylinder of the lower mold. Two positioning pins accurately limit the plane position of the disc, and the accurate positioning of the parts is ensured by the compression of the surrounding two corner cylinders. The repeatability and stability of the workpiece clamping are guaranteed.
