1、 Overview
Our company's resistive humidity sensor has excellent temperature and humidity resistance, and can measure temperature and humidity in the process environment within the high temperature range of 0-150 ℃ and 3-99.9% high humidity range. High precision and superior repeatability ensure long-term stability and service life. It is the most cost-effective product in this field.
This product is a two-piece wall mounted form, and the temperature and humidity probe and transmitter can be connected by remote wiring.
The temperature and humidity probe can be directly placed in the environment being measured - the battery plate curing room
The temperature and humidity transmitter can be placed 1-20 meters away from the measured environmental location (such as near a distribution cabinet or temperature and humidity control instrument)
The designed automatic dew removal probe, with a built-in dew removal fan, is suitable for long-term use in environments with high or low temperatures, easy frosting or condensation.
In high humidity environments, if there is condensation, the dew removal process will automatically start, and the measurement will automatically stop during the dew removal process. The built-in delayed start function effectively prevents misoperation caused by humidity overshoot caused by immediate humidification when the humidity drops below the set humidity during the dew removal process.
It is suitable for various special environments: high and low temperatures, high and low humidity, pollution, dust, flammable, explosive and other environments. This product only requires placing the temperature and humidity probe into the tested environment.
This product is widely used for process measurement and control in industries such as dryers, drying kilns, meteorology, environmental protection, cement maintenance, wood, pharmaceuticals, textiles, chemicals, steel, non-ferrous metal smelting, food, battery electrode solidification rooms, controlled atmosphere warehouses, and cold storage.

Installation steps:

Installation precautions

1Avoid generating temperature in areas that are easy to transfer heat and directly affect the test area

Installation in poor areas may result in inaccurate temperature and humidity measurements.

2Install in a stable environment area. Avoid direct sunlight, stay away from windows, air conditioning, heating and other equipment, and avoid facing windows or doors directly.

3Try to stay away from high-power interference equipment as much as possible to avoid inaccurate measurements, such as frequency converters, motors, etc.
