Installation steps:
1Transmitter section: The bottom of the transmitter has4Install holes and secure them to the wall using standard expansion screws and screws.
2Probe usedM27*2The installation thread or outer diameter is
3Connect the transmitter cable to the acquisition device
Installation position:
1The transmitter should be placed vertically as much as possible, and during installation, ensure that the sensor is on top of it
The font should be in the positive direction to ensure that the sensor is located below the transmitter;
2The installation height is the height of the human body sitting or the main environmental area that requires measurement
Installation precautions:
1Avoid generating temperature in areas that are easy to transfer heat and directly affect the test area
Installation in poor areas may result in inaccurate temperature and humidity measurements.
2Install in a stable environment area. Avoid direct sunlight, stay away from windows, air conditioning, heating and other equipment, and avoid facing windows or doors directly.
3Try to stay away from high-power interference equipment as much as possible to avoid inaccurate measurements, such as frequency converters, motors, etc.
5 Automatic dew removal type high temperature and high humidity sensoruse
1Carefully check and ensure that the wiring is correct before connecting itDC24VWhen measuring the power supply with a multimeter, the corresponding current or voltage will be measuredValue.
2If you want to disassemble the transmitter, you must first disconnect the power supply and then proceed with the disassembly.
3This transmitter is an indoor type, and water should be avoided from entering the inside of the transmitter to prevent damage.
4In the form of a wall mounted two-piece set, the connection between the temperature and humidity probe and the transmitter exceeds
The two humidity lines cannot be in the same protective tube.
Use a two-piece set of temperature and humidity sensors, with the transmitter placed at room temperature and humidityIn the environment, simply use the temperature and humidity probe (sensor)
Place it in the location being tested.Transmitter andTemperature and humidity probe (sensor) connectionUse high-temperature flame-retardant sheathed wire.
6、 Precautions
1Please read this manual carefully before use to ensure correct wiring. appointAny incorrect wiring may cause irreversible damage to the transmitter.
2Avoid generating temperature in areas that are easy to transfer heat and directly affect the test areaInstallation in poor areas may result in inaccurate temperature and humidity measurements.
Prevent direct damage to the sensor from chemical reagents, oil, dust, etc. Do not use it for a long time in environments with condensation or extreme temperatures.
Do not perform cold or hot shocks.
maintenance
Long term use of the transmitter may cause drift. To ensure measurement accuracy,*Okay, calibrate once a year.
Transportation and storage
1Try to avoid vibration and handle the transmitter gently.
2Long term storage conditions:
9、 Open box inspection
1. After opening the packaging, check if the transmitter is intact.
2. One transmitter, one instruction manual, and one certificate of conformity.
10、 Fault analysis and troubleshooting
1. When simulating output, if the transmitter output is 0 or the output value is not within the range, please check if the wiring is correct,
Or whether it is firm.
2. If it is not for the above reasons, please contact the manufacturer.
