The proportion of electrolyte in the material varies from 15% to 18%, with a diaphragm of 1% and a binder of about 2.5%, which may contain adhesive substances.

The pyrolysis kiln heats up the crushed battery material, and the electrolyte, separator, binder, and adhesive substances contained in the pyrolysis material have a pyrolysis removal rate of over 99%.

Feeding method: The hot kiln adopts spiral feeding, and the upper part of the spiral is equipped with a buffer bin and a shut-off fan. Ensure smooth flow of materials and no blockage of equipment during feeding
