Overview

The directional air distribution valve and the main air valve, known as the "air chamber", are both located at the center of the pump. The medium flows through two manifolds and the outer diaphragm chamber of the pump, becoming the "medium chamber". Usually, check valves (ball valves) are installed at the top and bottom of each outer diaphragm chamber, usually sharing a common manifold. These two outer diaphragm chambers are connected to the inlet and outlet ports, and the pump is self-priming. During the operation of the $r $n pump, the compressed air distribution valve alternately changes the direction of operation of the main air valve, forming air flow pulses in the chamber and automatically changing positions, allowing the air to switch to another diaphragm chamber, resulting in alternating suction and compression strokes on both sides of the diaphragm chamber.
