Overview

The 0.2 level belt scale can achieve a long-term stable accuracy of up to 0.2%, and meet the different precision needs of customers on site by adding or removing configurations. It uses technologies such as dual scale calibration and mechanical calibration (self calibration) to achieve high-precision measurement, and uses special processing methods to ensure the safe operation of products. This instrument is an exclusive instrument for sequential electronic belt scales, which has the following characteristics:

1. High speed data communication management can support 24 digital modules for weighing sensors.

Digital module:

This module is a digital weighing sensor module developed by our company specifically for belt scales. It uses a 24 bit analog-to-digital converter and a high stability STMicroelectronics ARM chip. Each module corresponds to a set of weighing units, and high-speed sampling and data filtering are performed.

Weighing unit:

1. The weighing unit adopts a single roller structure, which is convenient for transportation, time-saving and labor-saving for installation, and easy to maintain.

2. Fully suspended structure, each weighing unit uses dual sensors to achieve better left and right force balance.

3. The weighing unit uses integral cutting and bending technology, which has stronger mechanical rigidity and good stability.

4. Use anti lateral force sensors to reduce the effects of tension and deviation.

5. The scale body is closely connected to the weighing sensor and weighing roller, which provides more direct and effective force distribution and reduces the influence of angles.

6. Each weighing unit is mutually verified and redundant with each other.

7. Cooperate with the group control weighing instrument to divide it into dual scales.

8. Install electric take-off and landing devices in half (high numbered) of all weighing units to achieve online calibration of dual scales.
