7Heating and control system

1heating system

1) The heating method adopts water bath heating. The height of the heating tube from the bottom plate is 80mm, and the height of the uniform heating plate from the bottom plate is 100mm. All heating tubes in this machine are made of titanium alloy heating tubes. The tubes are laid on a large area of the bottom plate of the test box, and the test box is directly heated. This not only greatly improves the heating efficiency, but also directly reduces energy consumption by about 20%;
