twoWorking mode:

1Number of suction ports test: It can test the number of suction ports (or smoke volume measurement) of electronic cigarettes (battery rods, atomizers), using piston suction method, setting the suction capacity, suction time, stop time, etc. for each port, and repeatedly stopping the sample until the set number of ports or the number of ports obtained by exhausting the e-liquid is reached;

(When testing the number of suction ports, the pressure drop testing system can be set aside, and suction and stop pumping can be tested continuously in a cyclic manner.)

2Testing of suction resistance: When the machine is adjusted to suction resistance testing mode, in standby mode, when the sample is inserted into the suction nozzle, the infrared sensing switch senses it and automatically performs the test. The suction system follows the set gas flow rate (standard requirement is17.5ml/s）Suck the sample. The precision differential electronic negative pressure sensor installed at the back end of the suction nozzle collects pressure data, calculates the pressure drop value using the quadrature method, and automatically captures and saves it every time it is tested. The value is then compared with the standard requirements for judgment: the green light is on when it is qualified2Seconds; If it is not qualified, the red light will turn on. Suitable for rapid batch testing on production sites, with an average testing speed of ≤4S.(Note: Electronic cigarettes with e-liquid and no e-liquid can be tested)

3Quickly detect whether the finished electronic cigarette is working properly: Insert the sample into the suction nozzle machine under this working mode to automatically start suction, and then observe whether the electronic cigarette can work normally, such as whether the indicator light is on, whether the battery rod is working, whether smoke will be emitted, etc;
