GBT4299A BT5210 is a high-performance, easy-to-use eight channel low-cost 8 × 30Gb/s bit systemError Rate TesterIt can be used for the research and development, production testing, and on-site installation testing of 100G/200G TOSA/ROSA devices. It can be used to evaluate crosstalk performance, signal boards, and multi-channel serial systems. It is also an important tool for AOC and 40G/100G electro-optical module production testing.

The BT5210 integrates an internal reference clock, pattern generator, clock recovery circuit, and BER analyzer into a compact module, providing electrical and optical interfaces with speeds up to 30Gb/s.

BT5210 will provide a USB interface. NRZ waveform with a bit rate between 1Gbps and 30 Gbps, providing customizable pattern types 27-1, 29-1, 215-1, 223-1, 231-1, as well as fixed 40 bit long user-defined patterns. User defined patterns with bit length. The error rate testing system is controlled by an external computer through a USB interface, providing complete software support, drivers, and programming guidance for automatic testing.

BT5210 is a multi-channel signal integrity testing system, which is an ideal choice for manually or automatically testing multi-channel serial data and optical devices with speeds ranging from 1Gb/s to 30Gb/s. It supports all common standard rates through optional bit rates.
