Overview

Spot sale of German E+H pressure transmitter PMC51 is a device that converts pressure into pneumatic or electric signals for control and remote transmission. It can convert the physical pressure parameters of gases, liquids, etc. sensed by pressure sensors into standard electrical signals (such as 4-20mADC, etc.) to supply secondary instruments such as indicator alarms, recorders, regulators, etc. for measurement, indication, and process adjustment.

Product Details

The German E+H pressure transmitter PMC51 is composed of a measuring diaphragm and electrodes on both sides of the insulation film, each forming a capacitor. When the pressure on both sides is not consistent, it causes displacement of the measuring diaphragm, and the displacement is proportional to the pressure difference. Therefore, the capacitance on both sides is unequal, which is achieved through oscillation and demodulation.

The main function of the German E+H pressure transmitter PMC51 is to transmit pressure signals to electronic devices, and then display pressure on a computer. The principle is roughly to convert the mechanical signal of water pressure into an electronic signal such as current (4-20mA). The pressure and voltage or current are linearly related, generally proportional. So, the voltage or current output by the transmitter increases with the increase of pressure, and a relationship between pressure and voltage or current is obtained. The German E+H pressure transmitter PMC51 type has two types of pressure for the measured medium, which are passed into the high and low pressure chambers. The pressure in the low pressure chamber is atmospheric pressure or vacuum, acting on the isolation diaphragms on both sides of the δ element (i.e. sensitive element), and transmitted to both sides of the measuring diaphragm through the isolation diaphragm and the filling liquid inside the element.

The electrical component that senses pressure in the German E+H pressure transmitter PMC51 is generally a resistance strain gauge, which is a sensitive device that converts the pressure on the measured object into an electrical signal. The most commonly used types of resistance strain gauges are metal resistance strain gauges and semiconductor strain gauges. There are two types of metal resistance strain gauges: wire strain gauges and metal foil strain gauges. Usually, strain gauges are tightly adhered to a mechanically strained substrate using a special adhesive. When the substrate undergoes stress changes, the resistance strain gauges also deform, causing a change in the resistance value of the strain gauges and a change in the voltage applied to the resistance.

Spot sale of German E+H pressure transmitter PMC51 typeMain advantages:

1. The German E+H pressure transmitter PMC51 has the characteristics of reliable operation and stable performance;

2. Specialized V/I integrated circuit, with few peripheral components, high reliability, simple and easy maintenance, small size, light weight, and extremely convenient installation and debugging;

3. Aluminum alloy die-casting shell, three end isolation, electrostatic spray protection layer, sturdy and durable;

4. 4-20mA DC two-wire signal transmission, strong anti-interference ability, long transmission distance;

5 LED、LCD、 The pointer has three types of indicator heads, making on-site reading very convenient. Can be used to measure viscous, crystalline, and corrosive media;

6. High accuracy and stability. In addition to the imported original transmitter that has been laser corrected, fine compensation is provided for the comprehensive temperature drift and nonlinearity of the entire machine within the operating temperature range.

Consider the maximum pressure of the system. Generally speaking, the maximum pressure range of the German E+H pressure transmitter PMC51 should reach 1.5 times the maximum pressure value of the system. Some water pressure and process controls have pressure spikes or continuous pulses. These spikes may reach 5 or even 10 times the "maximum" pressure, which could cause damage to the transmitter. Continuous high-pressure pulses approaching or exceeding the maximum rated pressure of the transmitter will shorten its practical life. However, increasing the rated pressure of the transmitter will sacrifice its resolution. Buffer can be used in the system to reduce spikes, which will slow down the response speed of the transmitter.

Spot sale of German E+H pressure transmitter PMC51 typeDuring use, the following situations should be considered:

1. Prevent the transmitter from coming into contact with corrosive or overheated media;

2. Prevent sediment from settling inside the conduit;

3. When measuring liquid pressure, the pressure tap should be opened on the side of the process pipeline to avoid sedimentation and slag accumulation;

4. When measuring gas pressure, the pressure tap should be opened at the top of the process pipeline, and the transmitter should also be installed at the top of the process pipeline to facilitate the injection of accumulated liquid into the process pipeline;

5. The pressure pipe should be installed in a place with small temperature fluctuations;

6. When measuring steam or other high-temperature media, it is necessary to connect a buffer tube (coil) or other condenser, and the working temperature of the transmitter should not exceed the limit;

7. When freezing occurs in winter, transmitters installed outdoors must take anti freezing measures to prevent the liquid in the pressure inlet from expanding due to freezing volume, which may cause damage to the transmitter;

8. When measuring liquid pressure, the installation position of the transmitter should avoid the impact of the liquid (water hammer phenomenon) to prevent overpressure damage to the transmitter;

9. When wiring, thread the cable through the waterproof joint (accessory) or flexible tube and tighten the sealing nut to prevent rainwater and other substances from leaking into the transmitter housing through the cable.
