Thermo Fisher 8000 series silica particles:0.5 μ m particles, 0.7 μ m particles, 1.0 μ m particles, 1.6 μ m particles.
The purpose of designing and producing 8000 series particles is to meet the demand for monodisperse inorganic particles in the field. The density of glass and silica particles is much higher than that of polystyrene particles.
Because they are opaque, these particles can provide higher contrast between the beam and electron beam.
