Zhonghuan Electric Furnace launches a high-temperature and high-speed water oxygen environment corrosion tester

Tianjin Zhonghuan will launch a new product in February 2025- High temperature water oxygen environment corrosion tester (static), with high integration and a maximum working temperature of 1600 ℃. There are currently multiple options available for stable and controllable gas and water vapor flow rates, such as 30-300ml/min and 100-1000ml/min. Using experimental testing methods, accurately simulate the service environment of turbine engines, gas turbine alloys, and coatings, and conduct cyclic tests on the thermal corrosion and water vapor oxidation corrosion of materials to correctly evaluate their thermochemical stability.

The high-temperature water oxygen corrosion testing series equipment uses laboratory testing methods to accurately simulate the high temperature, high water vapor partial pressure, and water vapor velocity of the working environment of turbine engines. It conducts cyclic tests on the thermal corrosion and water vapor oxidation corrosion of materials to correctly evaluate their thermal and chemical stability. A device that can independently adjust steam flow rate, vaporization temperature, gas preheating and mixing, achieve constant humidity gas generation, and combine high-temperature thermal reactors. The device consists of an intake control unit, a liquid precise control intake unit, a heating evaporator to control the uniform vaporization of water and gas mixing, a heat tracing pipeline, a heating reactor, and other components. Mainly used in various functional ceramics, structural ceramics and ceramic matrix composites, ultra-high temperature alloy materials, high-temperature thermal barrier coatings and other fields.
