Yuanheng International launches a special program for industrial wastewater monitoring to accurately adapt to complex water sample detection needs

This week, Shanghai Yuanheng International Trade Co., Ltd. officially launched a special service plan for industrial wastewater monitoring to address the pain points of complex water sample testing such as high salt and high pollution that multiple chemical enterprises have consulted on. With a combination model of "core equipment+customized consumables+technical empowerment", the plan aims to help enterprises efficiently promote year-end environmental protection acceptance work.

This special program focuses on the core equipment of WTW wide range conductivity measuring instrument, with an ultra wide range of 0-3000mS/cm, which can accurately cover the detection needs of water samples with different concentration gradients such as chemical wastewater and electroplating wastewater. Combined with anti pollution electrodes and automatic temperature compensation function, it can effectively resist the interference caused by drug residues and suspended impurities in wastewater, and the measurement error is controlled within ± 0.5% FS. At the same time, the solution comes with customized reagent packages, including high-frequency consumables such as hash COD digestion reagents and ammonia nitrogen detection reagents. The reagent ratio is adjusted according to the differences in enterprise wastewater treatment processes, and is suitable for specific scenarios such as acid-base wastewater and heavy metal wastewater.

As of this week, the special plan has been implemented to serve three chemical enterprises. The technical team has completed equipment installation, commissioning, and operation training on-site. In response to the stability issues of testing data that the enterprises are concerned about, a dual guidance of "equipment calibration+operation standards" has been provided. In addition, two cases of fluctuation in detection data were quickly resolved through remote assistance channels - a conductivity value drift occurred in the wastewater detection of a certain electroplating enterprise. Technical engineers provided online guidance to optimize the electrode cleaning process, and accurate measurements were restored within 15 minutes to ensure the continuous and effective environmental monitoring data of the enterprise.
