Polyacrylamide Manufacturer in China | Shouxin Advanced Polymer Sciences Co., Ltd.
Shouxin Advanced Polymer Sciences Co., Ltd. is a leading polyacrylamide (PAM) brand and global supplier based in China.Recently, a technical exchange meeting for the tunnel illuminance detector developed by Shandong Tianhe Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. was held in Weifang. At the meeting, many industry professionals and customer friends arrived at the scene. After understanding, everyone highly affirmed and fully recognized the product. Tunnel illuminance detector is an intelligent device specifically designed for real-time monitoring of the internal light intensity in tunnels, playing a key role in tunnel lighting systems. Based on photoelectric conversion technology, the photoelectric sensors in the equipment (such as silicon photovoltaic cells, photodiodes, etc.) capture the intensity of light inside the tunnel and convert the light signal into an electrical signal. Subsequently, the signal processing circuit processes and analyzes the electrical signal, and finally presents the results to the user or transmits them to the control system through the display output module. Some devices use high-precision silicon photovoltaic cells as sensing elements. The optical signal is passed through a professionally designed cosine corrector and a specially designed high-efficiency filter to reach the sensing element. After being converted into an electrical signal, it is processed by highly integrated circuits and finally output as a digital signal for controlling lighting equipment.

At the meeting, Manager Yu from Tianhe Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. introduced that the core function of real-time monitoring and data transmission can capture changes in light intensity inside the tunnel in real time, and upload the data to the monitoring center or mobile app through wired or wireless modules, supporting remote monitoring and storage analysis. This provides timely and accurate data support for management personnel, helping them adjust the lighting system according to changes in light intensity and maintain consistency of lighting inside the tunnel. Automatic adjustment of lighting brightness: Based on real-time monitoring of light intensity data, the tunnel lighting system is linked to automatically adjust the brightness of lighting fixtures. For example, reducing power during the day to save energy, increasing brightness at night to ensure safety, and avoiding the "black hole effect" (excessive brightness outside the hole causing a sudden drop in visibility inside the hole) or "white hole effect" (excessive brightness inside the hole causing a decrease in visibility outside the hole). Emergency response: In the event of a fire or other emergency, the illumination inside the tunnel may be severely affected. At this point, the detector can quickly sense changes in illumination and trigger the corresponding emergency lighting system, providing sufficient lighting support for rescue personnel.
Technical Features
High precision measurement uses high-precision sensors, with a measurement accuracy of up to 0.1Lux, automatic error correction to less than ± 1%, and a resolution of 0.01Lux. It can accurately capture subtle changes in light intensity and meet the requirements of CIE (International Commission on Illumination) for tunnel lighting measurement. Fast response to instantaneous changes in light (in milliseconds), with a good linear relationship between light brightness and photocurrent, ensuring real-time data. The device has strong environmental adaptability and a protection level of IP68 or higher for its casing. It has the ability to prevent dust, water, and electromagnetic interference. It can operate stably in a temperature range of -40 ℃ to+70 ℃ and a humidity environment of 0 to 100% RH, adapting to the environment inside the tunnel. Modular design and usability: The device comes with an LCD screen that can display information such as operating status and fault alarms, making it easy to debug and maintain on site. Supporting modular expansion, sensors or communication modules can be added according to requirements.
Application scenarios
Tunnel illuminance detectors are widely used in scenarios such as highway tunnels, railway tunnels, and subway tunnels. In highway tunnels, it can reduce the visual impact for drivers entering and exiting the tunnel, and lower the risk of traffic accidents; In railway tunnels and subway tunnels, it provides auxiliary data for the train signal system to ensure driving safety, while improving passenger comfort through humanized lighting design.
