The Hong Kong Jiangsu Science and Technology Innovation Center has officially opened! Langsi Technology's C-position debut

On October 21, 2025, the opening ceremony of the Hong Kong Jiangsu Science and Technology Innovation Center was officially held at the Hong Kong Cyberport. Zhao Yan, Vice Governor of Jiangsu Province, and Sun Dong, Director of the Innovation, Technology and Industry Bureau of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, attended the launch ceremony.

Langsi Technology showcased laser online monitoring instruments for oil, natural gas, and hydrogen energy in the central exhibition area, domestic laser analysis equipment for semiconductor precision processing scenarios, and Langsi's unmanned aerial vehicle and robot automatic laser inspection solutions for security at the 15th National Games.

The Hong Kong Jiangsu Science and Technology Innovation Center is the first science and technology innovation center in Hong Kong named after a provincial-level administrative region. The official opening of the Hong Kong Jiangsu Science and Technology Innovation Center marks a new stage of collaboration between Jiangsu and Hong Kong in science and technology innovation and industry. The first batch of 30 cooperative enterprises were announced on site. Dr. Xu, CEO of Langsi Technology, reported on the development of the company to Zhao Yan, Vice Governor of Jiangsu Province. Important leaders and scientists, including Ye Shuiquan, Deputy Minister of Education and Technology of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Tang Yingnian, Founding President of the Hong Kong Jiangsu Association, Ye Yuru, President of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Zhang Xiang, President of the University of Hong Kong, and Tan Tieniu, Secretary of the Party Committee of Nanjing University, visited the Langsi exhibition area.

Zhao Yan, Vice Governor of Jiangsu Province, emphasized in his speech that the center should fully leverage its unique positioning of "rooted in Hong Kong, backed by Jiangsu, and connected to the world", create linkage carriers for key tracks such as artificial intelligence, biomedicine, and new materials, and promote the implementation of cooperation mechanisms such as joint laboratories and offshore innovation bases; Sun Dong, Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, stated that the government has been fully cooperating with the national strategy for scientific and technological innovation development, and promoting Hong Kong's move towards becoming an international innovation and technology center. The establishment of the Hong Kong Jiangsu Science and Technology Innovation Center will further deepen the cooperation between Jiangsu and Hong Kong industries, promote complementary advantages between the two places, and work together to make greater contributions to the country's high-quality development and innovation driven strategy.
