Precautions for powder tablet press:
1. Before use, carefully read the instruction manual.
2. Check if the power supply is reliably grounded to ensure personal safety.
Before use, it is necessary to loosen the oil injection hole screw to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
4. Pay attention to the upper limit of the pressure gauge (DY-20 type 33.3MPa DY-30 type 35MPa), otherwise danger may occur.
5. Note that the maximum lift of the large piston is 20mm. Exceeding this will affect the automatic reset of the large piston.
6. Sufficient lubricating oil should be ensured in the gearbox.
7. The hydraulic oil in the system should be kept clean, and the hydraulic oil should be 30 # engine oil.
Wiring and installation guide for powder tablet press
1. The powder tablet press is installed on a sturdy wooden workbench (or can also be installed on a cement platform) and fixed with three sets of M12 foot screws. The height from the workbench to the ground is about 600 millimeters (measured by hand and easy to operate). For the convenience of disassembly and repair, there should also be a hole with a diameter of about 35 millimeters at the corresponding position of the lower punch rod on the wooden workbench.
2. Before connecting the motor source, first connect the motor to the ground wire to ensure safety.
3. Remove the V-belt again, connect the motor power supply, start the motor and observe whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct (the rotation direction of the motor shaft should be the same as the direction of the arrow on the large pulley). If the rotation direction is incorrect, connect the wires separately, and then install the V-belt again.
