3. Thermocouples are not easy to pull out at high temperatures to prevent the outer sleeve from bursting.

If the electric furnace is a vacuum sealed structure, flammable and explosive gases cannot be introduced.

After a period of use, small cracks may appear in the furnace of the electric furnace, which is a normal phenomenon. This phenomenon will not affect the experimental production and can be repaired with alumina coating.

6. Do not leak high-temperature solution onto the furnace bottom. To avoid this, a cushion plate or alumina powder can be used for isolation.

7. The instrument should be placed in a well ventilated area to keep the furnace clean.
