Control function requirements:

1) Install one PT100 sheet metal resistance sensor inside the oven, which is connected to the temperature control instrument as the main controller, directly controlling and displaying the temperature inside the box and storing data.

2) Install an exhaust outlet on the top of the oven, which is a stainless steel cylinder with a diameter of 200mm. The cylinder extends 200mm outside the box and is equipped with corresponding fastening clamps for easy hose connection and outdoor discharge.

3) Three sets of sample diaphragms and diaphragm strips inside the ovenOr shelves（cart）a.

4) In order to achieve better temperature uniformity, a space of 100mm is left around the inner wall of the box for the vulcanized products to facilitate airflow circulation.
