Both parties will jointly develop a submarine cable detection equipment based on LIRA broadband impedance spectroscopy technology, which can achieve meter level accuracy positioning of defects such as insulation aging and mechanical damage in submarine cables through 0.1-100MHz broadband signal scanning. This technology can shorten the fault warning time from several weeks in traditional methods to hours, and is expected to reduce operation and maintenance costs by more than 30%.

2.Co construction of Marine Engineering Equipment Testing and Certification System

Odyssey will provide customized testing solutions for Hengtong Huahai's deep-sea oil drilling equipment, underwater operation robots, and other products, including IPX8 waterproof testing, -40 ℃ low-temperature impact testing, etc., to ensure the reliability of the equipment in environments such as the South China Sea and the Arctic.

3.Construction of digital operation and maintenance platform
