Dear all employees:
According to the national statutory holiday schedule and combined with the actual situation of the company, the holiday schedule and related matters for Qingming Festival in 2025 are hereby notified as follows:

1、 Holiday time

From April 4th (Friday) to April 6th (Sunday), 2025, a total of 3 days.
Normal work on April 7th (Monday).

2、 Precautions

1. work schedule
   Each department needs to coordinate their work in advance to ensure the orderly completion of pre holiday tasks; In principle, no compensatory leave will be arranged before or after the holiday. If there are special circumstances, approval from the department head must be obtained in advance.
   

2. security check
   Each department must turn off the power supply, doors and windows in the office area, and conduct fire and theft prevention checks before the holiday; Key areas such as laboratories and warehouses need to have designated safety personnel to ensure proper storage of equipment and materials.
   

3. Holiday precautions
   During the holiday period, employees who go out should pay attention to personal and property safety, and abide by public order; In case of emergency, please contact the department head or on duty personnel in a timely manner.
   

3、 Duty arrangement

1. During the holiday period, the company arranges dedicated personnel to be on duty, and the duty schedule will be notified separately by the Comprehensive Management Department.
   

2. The on duty personnel need to maintain smooth communication, handle emergency affairs seriously, and keep good on duty records.

4、 Festival Blessings

During the Qingming Festival, as we commemorate our ancestors, we also hope that everyone can enjoy the spring time and spend a peaceful holiday with their families.
