Dear customers, all departments and employees of the company:

According to the national holiday arrangement regulations and combined with our company's actual situation, we hereby notify you of the holiday arrangement for Labor Day in 2025 as follows:

1、 Holiday time

• holiday dateFrom May 1st (Thursday) to May 5th (Monday), 2025, a total of 5 days.

• Adjustment of Rest Schedule：

• 4月27日（星期日）、5月10日（星期六）正常上班。

2、 Internal work arrangement of the company

1. Each department needs to make pre holiday work arrangements in advance to ensure smooth business continuity.

2. Please turn off the power of office equipment, doors and windows, and implement fire and theft prevention measures before the holiday.

3. During the holiday period, duty personnel are entitled to overtime subsidies according to company regulations, and the duty schedule must be submitted to the administrative department for filing in advance.

3、 Customer Service Warm Reminder

To ensure service response during the holiday period, we hereby inform our customers of the following arrangements:

1. Service time adjustment：

• Our customer service hotline and online consultation will be temporarily suspended from May 1st to May 5th.

• Please contact for urgent technical issues24-hour on duty, Mr. Liu.

2. Order and Logistics Tips：

• Orders submitted after 17:00 on April 30th will be processed in order starting from May 6th, and logistics delivery may be slightly delayed. Please plan your procurement needs in advance.

• The project delivery cycle will be postponed due to the impact of holidays, and the specific progress will be communicated separately by the customer manager.

3. Post holiday recovery arrangements：

• Starting from May 6th (Tuesday), all business and services will resume normal operations.
