A disperser is a device that forms a uniform mixture of solid materials or fluids under the action of a high-speed rotating rotor. It generates high tangential velocity and high-frequency mechanical effects through the high-speed rotating rotor, subjecting materials to strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing, and turbulence in the narrow gap between the stator and rotor, ultimately achieving uniform dispersion.
