instrumentb2bIntroduction to the selection method of Chuanbenste chiller

1. Selection of cooling methods for industrial chillers

Firstly, understand the two types of models: air-cooled and water-cooled

The air-cooled chiller mainly uses its built-in cooling fan to dissipate heat. Disadvantages:AThe cooling capacity is relatively low;BThe noise should be a bit loud;CThe price should be a bit higher;DThe working environment requires high standards, and poor ventilation in the workshop can directly affect the cooling effect of the chiller;Advantages:AEasy installation;BConvenient to move;CIntegrated molding without the need for additional auxiliary equipment.

Water cooled chillers mainly dissipate heat (take away heat) through external circulating cooling water (cooling tower). Disadvantages:AInstallation is troublesome;BInconvenient to move; Advantages:AThe cooling capacity is relatively large;BReduce the noise a bit;;CThe price should be lower;So in terms of selection, customers who have cooling towers should try to choose water-cooled chillers.

2. Selection of cooling capacity for chiller

Nowadays, most enterprises rely on the temperature difference of industrial chillers5Degree(20Degree reduction15The chilled water flow rate is obtained based on the degree. With oneCBE-17ALCTaking industrial chillers as an example; The standard cooling capacity is:14448Big card; The standard flow rate is:3.6m3/hIf your device only needs3.2m3/hSo when you are choosing a machine You can't just look at the flow rate of the chiller, but also at the temperature and temperature difference you need. If the temperature you are trying is from20Degree reduced to10Degree, your actual temperature difference is greater than the standard temperature difference2So when you choose a machine, be sure to choose one that is larger than the standard1A double industrial chiller. Of course, there are also some non-standard machine selections that vary greatly; For example, low-temperature type(-10Water chiller up to -50 ℃Its cooling capacity is much smaller. Here are not examples, you can consult the manufacturer when needed.

3. Selection of Cold Water Supply Method for Chiller

When choosing an industrial chiller, it also depends on whether you are using direct cooling or indirect cooling. Direct cooling refers to directly using a water pump to inject chilled water into the equipment or product you need for cooling, and then pressing it back into the chiller. The effect of direct cooling is significantly better. Indirect cooling is equivalent to putting water in a basin and placing a small basin on top of it. The product to be cooled is placed inside the small basin, and the effect of indirect cooling is relatively worse. So, when selecting, you need to consider this aspect, and the principle is that we firmly do not use indirect cooling if it can be directly cooled.

Special reminder

Some users use water pools for cooling, which has the following drawbacks:

Poor water quality can easily clog machine waterways, causing greater losses.
Wasting water resources and increasing user costs.
When the weather is too hot, the water temperature cannot meet the requirements, which affects the quality and efficiency of the product.

Supplementary Notes:
1. The cooling capacity of the chiller varies depending on the ambient temperature and outlet water temperature;
2. The actual heat generation of the equipment may also vary due to different workpieces, molds, parameters, etc;
3. After using a chiller, the temperature drops, and the surface temperature of connecting pipelines, water tanks, oil tanks, molds, spindles, and equipment will be lower than the ambient temperature, which will absorb heat and increase the load;
4. In practical applications of industrial cooling, many situations cannot be accurately calculated using the above methods, and can only be estimated through empirical data, analogy with similar equipment, and other methods.
5. Any calculation method may have deviations, resulting in the actual selection of refrigeration units being too large or too few, so the above method is only for reference
