Polyacrylamide Manufacturer in China | Shouxin Advanced Polymer Sciences Co., Ltd.
Shouxin Advanced Polymer Sciences Co., Ltd. is a leading polyacrylamide (PAM) brand and global supplier based in China.Recently, a technical exchange meeting for the tunnel external brightness detector developed by Shandong Tianhe Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. was held in Weifang. At the meeting, many industry professionals and customer friends arrived at the scene. After understanding, everyone highly affirmed and fully recognized the product.
At the meeting, Manager Yu of Tianhe Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. introduced, "The brightness detector outside the tunnel is the core equipment of the tunnel lighting system. It provides accurate data support for the automatic adjustment of the tunnel lighting system by monitoring the natural light brightness outside the tunnel entrance or exit in real time, ensuring smooth transition of light inside and outside the tunnel, improving driving safety, and achieving energy conservation and consumption reduction

Technical Features
High precision measurement:
By using highly sensitive photosensitive components such as silicon photodiodes or phototransistors, it is possible to accurately measure and perceive subtle changes in ambient light.
The measurement range is wide, usually covering 0-7500 cd/m ², and can even reach 0-10000 lux, suitable for full scene monitoring from night to strong light.
High measurement accuracy, with a resolution of up to 0.1cd/m ² or 0.1lux, ensuring accurate data.
Real time response:
The response time is usually below milliseconds and can quickly adapt to sudden changes in lighting conditions, such as sunrise and sunset, thunderstorm weather, or vehicle obstruction.
When a change in brightness is detected, immediately send a signal to the lighting system to adjust the lighting intensity inside the tunnel.
Dual axis detection:
Equipped with horizontal and vertical light sensors to monitor the intensity of light in the road and sky directions, respectively.
The ratio of the two (K value) is a key indicator for determining the "black hole effect" (the sudden drop in visibility caused by excessive brightness outside the hole).
Strong anti-interference ability:
Using special optical filters to separate visible light bands and avoid interference from infrared or ultraviolet radiation.
Built in dual channel compensation algorithm can eliminate infrared/ultraviolet interference in severe weather conditions such as haze, rain and snow, and keep data errors within a very small range (such as ≤± 5%).
Strong environmental adaptability:
The protection level reaches IP67 or IP68, and the sensor probe adopts a heating defrosting design, which can operate stably in an environment from -40 ℃ to+70 ℃.
Support real-time filtering of brightness data, removal of outliers, and preliminary decision-making.
Functional advantages
Improving driving safety:
By monitoring the brightness outside the tunnel in real-time, data support is provided for the automatic adjustment of the lighting system inside the tunnel, ensuring a smooth transition of light for vehicles entering and exiting the tunnel.
Avoid the "black hole effect" or "white hole effect" (glare inside the hole caused by darkness outside the hole), and reduce the risk of traffic accidents caused by blurred vision or glare.
Energy conservation and consumption reduction:
Dynamically adjust the lighting power inside the tunnel based on the natural brightness outside the tunnel to avoid excessive lighting during the day or insufficient lighting at night.
For example, under strong daylight conditions, the equipment can reduce the lighting intensity inside the tunnel and save energy; In nighttime or rainy weather, increase the lighting intensity to ensure driving safety.
Fault warning:
Through continuous analysis of collected data, timely detection and reporting of abnormal conditions in the lighting system, such as damaged lighting fixtures, insufficient brightness, etc.
Support remote monitoring and intelligent management to improve operational efficiency.
Emergency response:
When the brightness outside the tunnel is lower than the safety threshold (such as rainstorm, dense fog weather), the system will automatically trigger a warning signal to prompt the tunnel management department to add lighting or take speed limiting measures.
The technical exchange meeting was a complete success, and we welcome customers with such needs to come.
