Du Fu Instrument's new heating module is launched

Based on the usage and feedback suggestions from new and old customers, our Du Fu Instrument Factory has developed a new type of heating module mixer, which has the functions of heating and stirring. One module can accommodate various glass flasks and different types of glass test tubes, which can solve various experimental problems for teachers. Traditional laboratory heating reaction equipment mostly uses oil baths or electric heating jackets, which may cause laboratory fires from time to time. Now we use our factory's temperature controlled aluminum alloy heating module, which has better temperature stability and uniformity than traditional oil baths and electric heating sleeves. It can heat and stir, and is easy to maintain and repair. The characteristics of the new heating module are as follows: 1 The uniformity of the material is good. It can ensure good thermal stability, uniform heating temperature, and high thermal conductivity efficiency. two It can reach the required temperature in a short period of time and the temperature is stable. three After 240 hours of continuous operation testing, when the set temperature is reached, it can maintain the set temperature and the temperature fluctuation does not exceed ± 1 ℃. four Made of alloy material and specially treated for oxidation resistance, it has strong corrosion resistance. five Heating module * avoids the disadvantages of traditional oil bath heating, making it more reliable and cleaner to use. The heating temperature can reach the temperature that the thermal stirrer can heat. Due to the absence of combustion medium, it will not cause a fire, thus providing an experimental environment. six It is recommended to perform gradient heating during use to avoid the occurrence of overshoot caused by rapid heating. When the temperature of the heating block reaches the set temperature and stabilizes, place the reaction bottle on the heating block. seven Regardless of the shape of the heating stirrer disk, both square and circular hot stirrers can be used. eight PT1000 or PT100 temperature sensors can be used, or temperature can be directly monitored using a thermometer. Customization of any size is acceptable: aperture, module height, and module diameter can be freely determined. Kind reminder: The hole depth is usually 5mm smaller than the module height. The diameter size of the current mixer chassis is 135-145, and the heating temperature can reach 260 degrees. (You can set it yourself according to the requirements)
