Delivery via conveyor belt drying channel, first order after Spring Festival in the Year of the Snake

Today is the twelfth day of the first lunar month in the Year of the Snake, Monday, February 10th. The shipment was made today!

The conveyor belt drying oven customized for the customer's request has been shipped today!

The conveyor belt drying oven is a drying oven (drying room) designed and manufactured specifically for the pre processing heat treatment of machined parts such as bearings. It uses a chain conveyor belt, is 5 meters long, has a temperature of 80-150 ℃, and a uniformity of 5 ℃.

The customer requests to raise the temperature to 80 ℃ within 30 minutes and to 150 ℃ within 45 minutes However, the workshop requires a heating power of no more than 15KW. This requires us to design insulation and hot air circulation reasonably. Therefore, we use 100mm thick color steel insulation rock wool board and 1mm color steel plate, sprayed with RAL9010 color according to customer requirements.

Due to transportation issues, we have divided the 5-meter-long drying oven into two sections. We have prepared all the assembled components and equipped them with installation drawings and tools. There are no problems with either us or the customer assembling them themselves.

A 5-meter-long drying oven requires the opening of conveyor belt inlets and outlets. There are significant insulation issues with these two inlets and outlets at both ends, which can lead to temperature loss, slow heating, and high energy consumption if not done properly. The key is that the temperature fluctuation and uniformity will not meet the standards.

We have effectively solved this problem by using our own designed air ducts and insulated door curtains. After testing at temperatures of 80 ℃ and 150 ℃, we have achieved the design specifications and met the customer's requirements. We have shipped the products to the customer today.
