Avantes achieved great success in CSLIBS2019

From March 29th to April 1st, 2019, Avantes, a Dutch company, joined hands with Tec5, a German company under NYNOMIC Group (formerly known as M-U-T AG Group), to participate in the 7th China Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy Technology Symposium (CSLIBS 2019). CSLIBS 2019 was held in Wuhu, Anhui Province, hosted by the Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Optical Engineering and organized by Anhui Normal University. Avantes from the Netherlands showcased their traditional advantage products for LIBS and plasma measurement - multi-channel spectrometers and the mini spectrometer AvaSpec Mini, which can be used as a handheld LIBS system. Tec5 from Germany showcased the ultrasonic levitation instrument Levitator, which is a powerful tool for promoting single particle and droplet research. It can suspend objects in a fixed position without touching them, so the research process will not be affected by the contact surface and can be used for LIBS research. In this meeting, we not only communicated and exchanged ideas with old customers, but also made many new friends. We found that the vast majority of the attending customers have already or are preparing to use Avantes' spectrometer for LIBS research or system development. The next CSLIBS 2020 conference will be held in Dalian, hosted by Dalian University of Technology. We look forward to meeting again next year.
