2025 National Day and Mid Autumn Festival holiday notice-Chemical Instrument Network

According to the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on the Arrangement of Some Holidays in 2025, combined with the company's business operation rhythm and actual work needs, in order to ensure that everyone can arrange holidays and work reasonably, the detailed notice of the National Day and Mid Autumn Festival holidays and related precautions is as follows:

1、 Holiday and compensatory leave arrangements

Holiday time: 8 days from October 1, 2025 (Wednesday, National Day) to October 8, 2025 (Wednesday, Mid-Autumn Festival);

Adjustment of work days off: Normal work on September 28th (Sunday), to make up for the work on October 6th (Monday); Normal work on October 11th (Saturday), to make up for the work on October 7th (Tuesday), and resume daily office routine (9:00-12:00 in the morning, 13:30-17:30 in the afternoon).

2、 Explanation of Work Service Connection

Employee Work Handover: All employees are requested to complete their current tasks and close them before the end of work on September 30th. Important projects and to-do items should be synchronized with the contact person and the progress should be updated in the office system;

Customer service arrangement: During the holiday period, the company's regular business (such as sample testing, equipment consultation, order placement, etc.) will be temporarily suspended; If you have urgent matters (such as equipment malfunction after-sales, important contract communication), please contact the dedicated customer manager, and we will arrange for on duty personnel to respond first.

3、 Safety and Travel Tips

Office safety: Before leaving during the holiday, please turn off the power of personal workstations, computers, printers, and other equipment, and lock file cabinets and personal belongings; The department head needs to check whether the doors and windows, air conditioning, and water and electricity main valves in the office area are closed to eliminate safety hazards.

Holiday travel safety: It is recommended that everyone plan their travel routes reasonably and pay attention to traffic rules; Take personal protective measures during outings, keep your belongings safe, and spend a safe holiday.
