Anaerobic incubatorIt is a laboratory equipment designed specifically for anaerobic environments, mainly used for the cultivation and operation of anaerobic bacteria. Its core functions include providing a constant temperature, anaerobic environment, and preventing sample oxidation. Widely applied in the following aspects.
1. The food and fermentation industry (breweries, canning factories, dairy industries, etc., anaerobic bacteria testing is a very important indicator)
2. Medical system (in vitro infections, oral, intestinal, respiratory, nervous system, etc.)
3. Government departments (such as inspection, disease control, environmental protection, etc.) have a relatively wide proportion of research on Shigella bacteria
4. Petrochemical and Energy Department (Testing of Petroleum, Soil, etc.)
5. Universities and research institutions (animal intestinal bacteria, microbial anaerobic bacteria)
Daily inspection and cleaning:
Sealing inspection: Regularly inspect door seals, gas pipelines, and joints with soapy water to ensure no leaks.
Consumables replacement:
Activated carbon (first layer catalyst) should be replaced every 3 months and cannot be reused.
The palladium catalyst sheet needs to be baked at 160 ℃ for 2 hours per week for regeneration, with a service life of about 2 years.
The desiccant molecular sieve needs to be replaced regularly to avoid moisture absorption failure.
Cleaning and disinfection: Wipe the inner cavity and glove operating area with 75% alcohol every week to avoid corrosive solvents.
Regular maintenance:
Gas system maintenance:
Check the pressure of N ₂, H ₂, and CO ₂ cylinders to ensure stable output of the pressure reducing valve (such as CO ₂ cylinders maintaining 0~0.25MPa).
Regularly replace gas filters to ensure gas purity.
Electrical and mechanical inspection:
Check the power cord, motor, and control cabinet monthly, and clean any accumulated dust.
Calibrate temperature and humidity sensors (control accuracy ± 0.3 ℃) and O ₂/CO ₂ sensors.
Buffer room maintenance:
Check the operating status of the vacuum pump to ensure that it can maintain a stable vacuum after reaching 700mmHg.
Clean up the residue in the buffer chamber to avoid contaminating the operating room.
