How to prevent the malfunction of platelet oscillation incubator
Date: 2025-10-31Read: 1
Platelet oscillation constant temperature chamberIt has many characteristics that can maintain platelet activity, including alarm and monitoring functions, which can avoid damage caused by simple things like motor stoppage.
Microcomputer PID automatic control, precise temperature control
LED display up to 0.1 ℃
Forced circulation fan to stabilize temperature
Two large observation windows for monitoring oscillation at any time
Electronic automatic tripping of non fuse switch can avoid electric shock
large capacity
High load oscillation system
Adopting a brushless motor, no maintenance required
Slow start, no pulse
Equipped with alarm lights and buzzing sound
Can manually test alarms
Stainless steel integrated shelf
Stainless steel SUS 304 material without embroidery
Standardized operating procedures:
Pre operation inspection:
Confirm that the device power is properly grounded, and check if the cables and plugs are intact.
Clean the platelet carrier to avoid contamination affecting the preservation effect.
Precautions during operation:
Do not reset or touch internal components while the device is running to prevent liquid splashing in.
Regularly monitor the temperature (22 ± 2 ℃) and oscillation frequency (60 times/minute), and immediately stop the machine for repair if any abnormalities are found.
Regular maintenance and upkeep:
Daily maintenance: Clean the interior of the equipment, turn off the power to protect the core components.
Weekly inspection: Check for cable and connector damage, and clean up operation logs.
Monthly maintenance: Replace seals, clean the inner walls with effective chlorine disinfectant, and check the temperature control system.
Long term maintenance: Add lubricating grease every 6 months and inspect key components such as motors and bearings annually.
Environment and equipment management:
Placement requirements: The equipment should be placed in a ventilated, dry, and away from heat sources, avoiding direct sunlight.
Humidity control: Maintain a humidity of 30% -50%, and use dehumidifiers or ultraviolet disinfection if necessary to prevent mold.
Stable power supply: Equipped with a voltage regulator to prevent voltage fluctuations from causing malfunctions.
