ultrasonic disruptionIt is an application of sonochemical equipment that can be used for plant extraction, water treatment, solid-liquid dispersion, particle disintegration in liquids, promoting solid-liquid reactions, etc., to disperse larger particle aggregates into smaller particles. Stabilization refers to ensuring the long-term uniform dispersion of powder particles in a liquid.
Scene adaptation:
Cell lysis: 20kHz high-frequency lysis of microbial/animal/plant cells;
Nano dispersion: prevents carbon nanotube aggregation and improves material uniformity;
On site testing: rapid extraction of soil pollutants (battery powered advantage).
The overall device control screen and soundproof box are designed in an integrated manner. The main components of the box are ABS molded to create a streamlined appearance, with an ergonomic operating interface that is user-friendly and does not take up much laboratory space. The automatic amplitude and pulse compensation function maintains frequency stability, ensuring that the probe amplitude does not change due to changes in load during the ultrasound process.
Strictly prohibited operation:
No load start (not immersed in liquid), otherwise the transducer will be instantly burned out;
Contact the probe with the container wall or bottom to avoid mechanical damage.
Emergency handling of faults:
Probe without vibration: Check the tightness or replace the worn probe.
Abnormal noise/heat: Pause and lubricate the bearings, return to the factory for calibration.
Unstable power: Check the battery level or motherboard connection.
Cleaning Procedure:
Immediately wipe the probe with ethanol to remove any biological residues;
Low frequency ultrasound in pure water for 10 seconds to remove micro pore attachments.
Storage requirements:
Coat the amplitude rod with Vaseline to prevent oxidation and store it in a dry environment;
The battery needs to maintain 50% of its capacity for long-term storage.
