Laboratory Multi frequency Ultrasonic Cleaning MachineCan be used for sample cleaning and in laboratories of research institutions in colleges and universities, as well as for material dispersion, degassing, defoaming, emulsification, mixing, displacement, cell crushing, disinfection and cleaning in biochemical, physical, chemical, medical research and pharmaceutical laboratories.
Features:
1. High power design, each transducer is 80W, with a frequency of 28KHz;
2. Display screen and control design: 3.7-inch background light LCD display screen, with three color options for clear and bright display; Sensing touch operation, responsive and smooth;
3. Structural design: The entire machine shell is made of SUS304 stainless steel and laser cut into one piece. The surface is treated with anti fingerprint and oil repellent properties;
4. Circuit design: Equipped with a German IBDI ultrasonic generator chip, the ultrasonic circuit has high sound energy conversion efficiency, frequency scanning function, high frequency stability, and is an industrial grade board;
5. Appearance design: Beautiful glass panel design, bright and vibrant colors of the whole machine, with a strong sense of technological texture;
6. Ultrasonic power and frequency design: Each transducer of the cleaning machine emits a power of 50W with a frequency of 40KHZ, and the power can be adjusted freely between 40-100. The ultrasonic circuit has high sound energy conversion efficiency;
7. Temperature control design: PT100 high-precision temperature controller is used, with accurate temperature and real-time water temperature display; MCH heating element is used for uniform heating.
Precautions for operation:
Frequency selection principle:
The smaller the size/thickness of the workpiece, the higher frequency should be selected (such as 120kHz for processing micron sized particles).
Solution and accessory adaptation:
Strong corrosive solutions need to be paired with titanium alloy transducers and 316L stainless steel tanks;
It is recommended to clean precision components indirectly (place them in a beaker to avoid collision).
Fault prevention:
Regularly check TDS values and replace cleaning solutions in a timely manner to prevent pollutant deposition;
Avoid no-load operation and protect the transducer.
