Non contact ultrasonic DNA disruptorMainly used for bacterial cell lysis, protein extraction, second-generation sequencing sample DNA+fragmentation, immunoprecipitation experiments, mold spore fragmentation, emulsification, homogenization, accelerated dissolution, catalytic reaction cleaning of small objects.
Traditional probe ultrasonic disruptors have direct contact between the probe and the sample, and can only process one sample at a time, resulting in a long experimental cycle; For multiple samples, it is necessary to reuse the same probe, which can easily cause cross contamination of the samples. Due to the different depths at which the probe is inserted into the sample, the energy distribution of each ultrasound is also different, which affects the repeatability and accuracy of the experimental results. In addition, since the closed system cannot be used, the aerosol or foam generated in the ultrasonic process will diffuse to the environment, causing potential biological hazards.
The single sink digital timer has overheat and power-off protection function, and the ultrasonic power can be infinitely adjusted with a step of one percent. The power applied to the sample can be adjusted from 1-500W, which is suitable for experiments with different samples. The adjustable range of ultrasonic power is wide, meeting more experimental requirements.
Control method:
1) Ultrasonic sample volume: With different adapters, the volume of ultrasonic samples can reach 0.1ml or more or 5ul or less
2) Applicable sample types: Applicable sample types include 0ml, 0.2ml, 5ml, and 2ml centrifuge tubes, which do not require the use of special materials (such as glass) consumables, saving experimental costs
3) The sample needs to be crushed in a closed container without producing infectious flying mist, and no additional ultrasonic probe needs to be inserted
4) Allowable single operation quantity: 24 samples can be processed at a time (requires 0.1/0.2ml adapter)
5) The sample needs to be able to automatically rotate at a constant speed during ultrasound to ensure consistent crushing effect
