ZY-4 Vibration Compaction Forming Machine
I. Overview
The ZY-4 vibration compaction molding machine is a specially designed and manufactured equipment based on the industry standard of the People's Republic of China (JTGE51-2009), which requires technical spare parts for the vibration method specimen molding of semi steel base materials. It is used to manufacture various specimens of inorganic binder stabilized aggregates, including cylindrical specimens for testing unconfined compressive strength, strength, indirect tensile strength, and compressive rebound modulus, and beam specimens for testing thermal shrinkage coefficient, dry shrinkage coefficient, flexural strength, and flexural rebound modulus.

ZDCZ-2 Automatic Rutting Tester
The Keyu automatic rutting tester (scientific research type) is improved on the basis of HYCZ-1. The testing methods and technical indicators used in this machine comply with the requirements of the national industry standard JTJ052-2000 for rutting test of asphalt mixtures (T0719-2000). Rotating mode, capable of conducting immersion tests; Can control the surface temperature, water temperature, and internal temperature of the trial mold; Automatic control and collection, equipped with branded machines, printers, and complete software.
The advantages of this machine over other domestic manufacturers are:
1. Temperature control adopts PWM modulation method, while controlling:
① Sample temperature;
② The temperature of the water in the water tank during the immersion rutting test;
③ The ambient temperature inside the constant temperature box.
2. The constant temperature box adopts an external circulation heating method, and the heating source is connected to the constant temperature box through a pipeline to form a thermal dynamic balance, resulting in a more uniform temperature field.
Simultaneously displaying time and displacement, time and temperature change curves during the experiment, providing practical basis for research institutions studying the rutting characteristics of asphalt mixtures.
4. Temperature sensors are used to collect temperature, and there is no temperature drift during long-term testing (eliminating the influence of long-term working temperature drift of general thermoelectric corner temperature sensors on test data).
The machine comes with a built-in constant temperature box that can preheat 4 test molds simultaneously, saving testing time.
The mechanical structure of this machine adopts a wheel drive method, which is the same as the mechanical structure of foreign products, and the test data is closer to the actual situation.
The thickness range of the test mold during the 7-machine test is 0-100mm, which does not need to be adjusted to meet the requirements of rutting tests on different road surfaces.
