Test method for permeability test device (funnel) of architectural coatings;

1.During the experiment, place the sample coated and dried test panel in a horizontal position, and place the impermeable test funnel in the middle of the test panel;

2.Seal the gaps around the test panel and funnel with non absorbent sealing material to ensure that water does not seep out from the gaps. After the sealing material is dried, introduce the test water into the glass tube;

3.Adjust the zero mark of the test tube again after confirming that there are no bubbles in the container until it reaches the zero mark;

4.Cover the top of the glass tube with tin foil and let it stand for 24 hours under the specified test conditions;

5.Evaluate the impermeability of the sample by the number of milliliters of liquid level drop.
